I am having trouble adding content from my Google Drive to my educlipper boards. It takes to to the site that requires me to give permission, but then routes me back to my account page. When I try again to click on the Drive icon to add content, it repeats the same steps. thanks5 votes
Thanks for letting me know – we are looking into it today and I hope to have an answer for you soon!
Looking into – thanks for the suggestion
Allow eduClipper users who have created their accounts through Edmodo can also access account through educlipper.net directly8 votes
We had actually allowed that early on but found that it violated some of Edmodo’s policies so we had to reverse it. We are working on coming up with a solution.
The browser clipper doesn't work well. It is extremely slow. I have yet to be able to use it. The add content button within educlipper works, but doesn't allow for selection of the best pic and it is difficult to arrange clips. Not as easy as Pinterest! I feel like this is wasting my time because it takes so long to accomplish the same objective.49 votes
We just relaunched the bookmarklet tool – check it out and hopefully you’ll see it works a lot better than before! Always looking on ways to make it even better!
After the student logs in with my class code, I should see them automatically in my class... and I do not.1 vote
I would like to be able to attach a file to the feedback for a student. I use a rubric spreadsheet to grade the assignment and currently can't attached them to the feedback. It could also be a way to post a clip with the spreadsheet to a students clipboard. Can't figure out how to post to someone else's clipboard and keep it private.1 vote
Thanks for the suggestion. Currently we hadn’t planned on attached a Rubric to the feedback, but are looking to create an interactive Rubric creation tool that can be added to the assignment itself, before it is sent. You can currently add it yourself when creating the assignment by creating a clip that is the empty rubric for all your students to look at while completing the assignment. By default, the feedback you put on a students’ assignment is private, unless you check the access that students and other teachers have on it’s creation.
Hope that is helpful!
Is there a way to change the orientation of a picture once it is "clipped." Two pictures I have added from my computer have uploaded landscape, even though the original was portrait so the picture is sideways.1 vote
Thanks for the suggestion – We will look into this issue. What browser were you using when the problem occurred?
