eduClipper FAQ

I suggest you ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

If a similar idea already exists, you can support and comment on it.

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can support it.

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

You can now delete clips you have created by clicking on the clip to see it in “detail” view. Once there, click on the tool icon in the bar (looks like a hammer and wrench) and then when the clip editor comes up, you can click on “Remove Clip” which is a yellow tab.

The clip will then be removed.

      Hope that helps!

    • How do I remove students from a class?

When my students created their accounts several students accidentally created blank accounts. I think this was due to the computers "freezing" and students hitting the refresh button. Anyway, I have several blank accounts and I can't figure out how to remove them from my class.

      • There is no way to "esc" out of the bookmarklet without refreshing the page.

I use the bookmarklet to also get to my educlipper page to access my links using the "HOME" button from the bookmarklet. But since I am not wanting to actually clip something at that point, I can't use the 'esc' key or anything to exit the bookmarklet from the page that I used to access my clips unless I refresh the webpage I was using. Can there be a close button or allow esc to exit the bookmarklet?

          Hi Melissa,

There is a close button for the bookmarklet tool in the upper right (x) it is dark and we will work on making it a little more visible as well as adding the ability to “esc” from it as well.

If you are not seeing it, please re-install the bookmarklet..

          Hope that helps,
          Adam

            Hello eduClippers!

Wanted to let you know that the iPad app is now available and we will be making additions to it as well as re-vamping the website and adding iPhone and Android apps shortly.

Excited to see what you think of the iPad app!
